About Our Uniforms Do you need to know more about our uniforms? Well here is some info on our beautiful club swimwear uniforms to help you understand who, what and how we make these stunning products!

Placing Orders Whether you are reordering or ordering for the first time simply follow our ordering system and you will have your new swimwear in now time! You can download an order form off our site (see below) and take it to the club to get everyone's details. We recommend you take deposits or full payments off the purchaser at the time they place the order. This form will need to be emailed to us or submitted via our online ordering facility. Any changes to the order must be made by the club and not by your Togz representative, however we are happy help... ONLINE ORDERING FACILITY: Click here to place your uniform order online.  The Swimwear From Oz order form MUST be used when placing your order and all contact and club details must also be given at the time of ordering. Please follow the example shown to your right and on the example on your order form. Once you have submitted your order WE MUST CONFIRM YOUR ORDER. We will respond to your order request and send you a copy of your uniform styles/designs to confirm that they are infact the styles you are ordering. In most cases we will also send you a copy of your order form to double check sizes and quantities. Once the club has been confirmed that both the order and styles are correct, ONLY then can your order be processed and production can commence.

Size Kits Try on our styles before you order your uniforms! Request a size kit or uniform sample.We have size kits and uniform samples here that we can send out to our clubs. The kits come in most sizes, Girls 8 - Ladies 14, Boys 8 - Mens XL. Our samples are generally in ladies size 8 and mens size M.  One condition with our size kits is that we require security, this being a credit card number. Please note that we do not use this credit card number in any way and once the size kit is returned the number is destroyed. We have only a few kits for hire for males and females that come in a variety of styles. We carry racer cut, sprint cut, silique cut and togzoot styles for the females. For the males we carry briefs, trunks, shorts and togshorts. Togz Australia can not always guarantee that the size kit sent contains the same styles as what the club will be ordering. All garments are based of the same measurements and therefore any style can be used as a size guide. If Togz Australia has an available size kit for your club and you choose not to accept it due to the styles contained, you may forfeit your custom design deposit if you choose to wait for your ideal size kit. Production Time Frame We always strive to complete orders within 4-6 weeks. Please also allow for delivery time.   Give yourselves plenty of time to place an order, for production to be complete and also to distribute goods before carnivals/galas etc. The club is responsiable for giving Togz Australia enough time to produce the uniform order in time for such events.   We get very busy here and appreciate your patience when we are run off our feet. We understand that your uniforms are very important to you and your club however we deal with 100's of clubs on a weekly bases. We will always do our best to help you get your uniforms in time for a carnival or meet but please understand that we can only do our best! Orders that are paid in full within 7 working days of the invoice being issued will be placed ahead of other scheduled unpaid orders in date order. In most cases this helps speed up your order in production. During the peak of the season we may need extra production time so please ensure you don't leave ordering till the last minute. We break for Christmas for 3 weeks staring at the end of the third week of December. During this time there will be no uniform deliveries. Uniform shut down periods vary from year to year and are usually scheduled for May/June. MANUFACTURERS LOGO IS PRESENT ON ALL UNIFORMS

Postage & Shipping We use Toll Priority Express to post your uniforms and therefore we require a street address for delivery. Postage costs vary for different uniform quanities. To give you an idea of price we have listed some possible costs involved. Domestic Post $15.00 Toll Priority Express (Large - 3kg) - approximately 25-30 garments per satchel $17.50 Toll Priority Express (Extra Large - 5kg) - approximately 45-50 garments per satchel International Post $35.00 Toll Priority Express (Large - 3kg) - approximately 25-30 garments per satchel $40.50 Toll Priority Express (Extra Large - 5kg) - approximately 45-50 garments per satchel It gets crazy here in the later months of the year our Staff are run off their feet. If you place your orders before the end of August you can expect about 4 weeks for order completion. After that you may have to wait up to 6 weeks. You also need to allow for transport time so if there are any carnivals/galas you need uniforms for we advise you get everyone moving as quickly as possible. For pre Christmas delivery, we need your order by mid October.

Repairs Check out our repair policy. Remember to look at your care label found on the inside of each garment you order. All products have a 100% quality guarantee and will be replaced or repaired if faulty. We recommend that you inform your club members that although we use the best quality fabrics available, we do advise that abrasion on rough surfaces or friction will damage your garments. Care labels are sewn into each garment produced and should be read carefully to help prolong the life of you bathers. Should you have any problems, contact us and we will be happy to help arrange a solution. There will be no replacements where 'consumer abuse' has occurred!
